Job Summary
Program Manager to oversee the administration and performance of a complex maintenance data environment supporting inactive operational equipment assets; responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness of maintenance databases and systems handling thousands of equipment units; provide leadership across maintenance operations, supervise contractor personnel, and ensure compliance with Government maintenance directives, policies, and reporting standards. Key responsibilities include establishing, managing, and maintaining PMS, MDS, and IEM programs; overseeing databases for accuracy and compliance; preparing weekly status, 13-week, and force revision reports; identifying recurring issues and implementing corrective actions and process improvements; documenting lessons learned and communicating them to stakeholders; coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commands; attending maintenance meetings and following up on work requests; supervising contractor personnel to ensure program execution aligns with operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in maintenance data systems, asset lifecycle management, and program oversight
- Advanced proficiency in technical documentation, manuals, and engineering drawings
- Working knowledge of maintenance directives, procedures, and compliance standards
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communication tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
- Experience supervising contractor maintenance personnel and aligning program execution with operational goals
- Ability to prepare and submit detailed weekly status, 13-week, and force revision reports
- Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commands
- Familiarity with maintenance programs (PMS, MDS, IEM) and related governance
