Job Summary
Lead change initiatives by guiding teams through projects and transitions, managing resistance, and fostering a positive mindset toward transformation. Oversee full-cycle client processes or technology implementations, ensuring successful project delivery while planning, scoping, budgeting, and resourcing engagements to recognize and manage business risks. Work closely with clients to translate business visions into solution designs, define guiding principles and standards, and lead engineering and vendor teams to ensure delivery aligns with architecture. Facilitate involvement of subject matter experts, present status and action plans to steering committees, and contribute to business development efforts to meet revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual - English B2+ and above
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of quality work, project management and productive team interactions
- 9+ years of experience of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in delivery of technology transformation projects
- Experience solving business problems using technology enablers
- Experience designing solutions, preparing client proposals and performing client presentations
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital technologies, IT infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data analytics and cloud computing
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and align digital strategies accordingly
- Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline
Desired Qualifications
- A solid understanding of technological infrastructure, software development life cycles, and systems architecture
- Experience implementing M&A projects
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), query report writers, etc.
- Project Management certification (PMP)
- Project Management agility certifications
