Job Summary
Senior Program Manager to oversee PMS 339 Navy training systems program including STAVE and Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) portfolios, providing strategic program planning, cost/schedule/risk management, and governance across 100+ training projects. Lead and supervise technical staff at multiple locations, coordinate with NAVSEA, STAVE IPTs, and external stakeholders, develop and deliver program briefings and analyses, ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, and support lifecycle management of surface training platforms for the U.S. Navy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of program and financial support experience
- Minimum five (5) years of Navy Training Systems experience
- U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain Secret clearance
