Job Summary
The Program Manager is accountable for leading all phases of TCOM’s Lighter-Than-Air (LTA) product and service programs, overseeing program execution, performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing program budgets, overseeing technical performance, developing documentation such as Statements of Work and schedules, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of program management experience related to defense, and be able to handle both commercial and government contracts effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of program management experience
- Managing defense industry programs valued between $5M and $25M annually
- Experience with commercial and U.S. government contracts
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- PMP certification
