Job Summary
Provide operational leadership and clinical supervision to Program Supervisors and Case Managers, overseeing team service delivery, financial structures, and expansion opportunities. Manage multiple program contracts, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and oversee program budgeting to maintain financial health. Supervise, hire, train, and manage staff performance while leading initiatives to promote diversity and cultural competence. Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support client care and department operations. Interpret and evaluate data reports to make necessary program adjustments and respond to changing conditions. This role requires occasional client transportation in a personal vehicle and travel to other program sites.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in the behavioral sciences
- Licensed as an independent mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Board approved supervisor with licensing board
- 5 years of experience overseeing and providing services to people with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness
- A valid Class 'D' Driver's License

- must not have received services within the last two years
