Program Manager, Talent Succession & Mobility

Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide succession planning, critical roles identification, and internal mobility initiatives. Design, develop, implement, and maintain program content and processes; manage planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals; drive adoption through project management, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and refine talent management programs, measure effectiveness with metrics, and leverage HR technology (e.g., Oracle HCM) to support processes. Build manager/employee capability in succession planning and mobility, ensure alignment with business strategy, and partner with vendors to enhance program delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years in Talent Management, Learning or Organization Development and experiences with Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Pathing, and Competencies
- Experience project managing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs.
