Job Summary
Own and manage programs to improve the employee experience, including onboarding, recognition, and performance management. Lead vendor management, content creation, and program analytics; partner with HR Business Partners to drive adoption of programs; mentor the Talent Performance & Experience Specialist; leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement; ensure compliance and support an inclusive culture across multi-site and multinational contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions
