Job Summary
Own and manage programs that improve the employee experience, including onboarding, recognition, and performance management, aligning individual goals with organizational priorities. Collaborate with HR business partners, design program analytics, and steward an onboarding experience. Lead and mentor the Talent Performance & Experience Specialist, leverage technology and AI to optimize programs, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support an inclusive culture across multi-site and multi-national contexts. Comfortable working in a flexible hybrid/remote environment and partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption of programs and initiatives that reinforce our values and employee growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions
