Job Summary
Program Manager for Systems, Workflows & Technology responsible for leading planning and execution across a complex portfolio of production operations and media solutions. Coordinates programs to align with business objectives, manages risks, and communicates status to senior leadership. Directly manages multiple projects with detailed plans and timelines, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration across product, production technology, and regional teams. Partners with Netflix product and production technology teams to evaluate internal and third-party solutions, implements change management for rollout of new processes and products, and establishes a cadence for portfolio reviews with measurable impact. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable operational workflows across a global footprint. Knowledge of production and post-production workflows, metadata, and UAT is preferred, with experience in process improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean, Scrum) and familiarity with Generative AI concepts.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management
- Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean thinking, Scrum)
- Ability to grasp concepts related to innovative technology (e.g., Generative AI)
- Experience engaging with executives and operational colleagues
- Ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and solve problems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for socializing and selling new strategies and workflows
- Knowledge of the product development workflow (project management, user acceptance testing, documentation)
- Knowledge of content creation processes (on-set production and post-production workflows, metadata)
- MBA degree in addition to experience is a plus
