Job Summary
Lead execution of program initiatives encompassing technical and business aspects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify, develop, and align scope of work across functions including Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment. Positively impact revenue through value analysis, cost optimization, and throughput efficiency improvement. Drive commercialization work to ensure end-to-end visibility of product readiness from initial development through distribution. Work with cross-functional teams across Retail, eCommerce, Technology, and Consumer Product Development to address operational challenges. Identify, develop, and track key performance indicators to measure operations effectiveness and enable decision-making. Develop and communicate program roadmaps, status, risks, and mitigation plans at individual team and executive levels. Travel up to 20% depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain program management
- at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, fulfillment, manufacturing, and technical systems integration
- Experience leading technical projects or working closely with technical teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate headwinds and tailwinds in the industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- This position is onsite 3 days per week at our Seattle Headquarters Office
- Travel up to 20% depending on business needs
