Job Summary
Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs including scheduling, cost analysis, early access, and first customer shipment; drive production planning, material readiness, shortage prevention, order fulfillment, quality control, and new product development topics to meet forecast requirements and customer satisfaction; coordinate a cross-functional team from Sales, Production, Product Management, and Purchasing; assist engineering programs including NPI, FAI, and ECO-related scheduling and material planning; analyze customer forecasts and maintain material schedules to prevent shortages and ensure fast order fulfillment; manage end-of-life product schedules and disposition while preventing excess obsolescence; identify and develop business models and process improvements across supply chain, production, and the product lifecycle; participate in special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the computer/server industry
- Experience in contract manufacturing, product development, project management, quality control, and/or procurement support
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics)
