Job Summary
Program Manager – Strategic Accounts leading a portfolio of engineered-to-order projects across Channel, Government, OEM, and R&D programs. Manages a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, drives cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales, and ensures delivery against customer commitments. Responsible for proactive risk management, consistent execution, and clear communication. Role requires leadership of a high-performing PM team, collaboration across facilities, and ~30% travel. Hybrid work model available from Harleysville, PA; Brookston, IN; Bethesda, MD; Belle Chasse, LA; Bay St. Louis, MS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- PMP certification required
- 8+ years managing complex project portfolios
- Experience leading teams or programs
- Experience in Government, OEM, or strategic account environments preferred
