Monitor unit-level activities including design modifications, packaging resolutions, production standards, and readiness at Stellantis milestones. Manage product safety and durability studies while guaranteeing process feasibility with manufacturing. Oversee plant readiness to secure budget convergence and lead hot housing kick-offs. Control technical solutions for platforms and modules, approve design changes, and address lessons learned across programs. Manage a team of engineers and coordinate participation in development phases using Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies. Provide guidance on system interface designs and offer solutions to improve efficiency. Produce design documents for client-facing and internal stakeholders while meeting cost, quality, and performance targets.
