Job Summary
Lead teams through the complete lifecycle of solution development and deployment, from proposal technical support to prototyping and production. Drive delivery in a government client consulting environment while acting as a client manager, coach, and mentor. Ensure effective end-to-end solution design, including integration with core technologies like Salesforce, Databricks, and Google Cloud. This role requires a proven track record of leading deployments in client environments and growing self-organizing, motivated teams. You will influence stakeholders on governance and program management issues while delivering high client satisfaction. The position is full-time with a projected salary of $140,000 to $200,000. Steampunk is a change agent in federal contracting, focusing on human-centered delivery for Homeland, Civilian, Health, and DoD sectors.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
- Proven background in consulting and project management
- 10+ Years experience with technology
- Ability to get a Federal Clearance
- Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom Software solutions in client environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
- Proven experience growing and selling while delivering
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working with Human Center Design
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred
- Federal Clearance preferred
