Job Summary
Program Manager will lead day-to-day management of STEM Learning Institute program operations across multiple workstreams (curriculum development, professional learning, coaching, field testing), develop detailed project plans and timelines, translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, plan and execute in-person and virtual professional learning experiences, manage logistics (registration, travel, materials, technology), coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, establish systems for tracking deliverables and documentation, monitor budgets and expenses, and coordinate implementation logistics for data collection and evaluation; requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of project/program management experience; fully remote in the United States with travel (~30 days) and a salary in the $65k–$68k range.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or operations with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using project management tools and systems to drive execution
