Job Summary
Lead strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for Same Day delivery, focusing on enhancing under-the-roof processes, optimizing inventory flows, and improving fulfillment efficiency. Drive innovation by partnering with technical and non-technical teams to analyze operational data, solve barriers, and develop best practices that establish global standards. Utilize data and metrics to challenge and influence leaders while communicating insights effectively in an ambiguous environment. This role requires over three years of program management experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and can be based in Nashville or Bellevue.
Required Qualifications
- over three years of program or project management experience
- strong background in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps)
- advanced knowledge of SQL
- ability to operate confidently in an ambiguous environment
