Program Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client in Doha, coordinating a retained team and the client relationship. Own program scope, change control, risks, issues, and mitigation plans; drive delivery with consulting teams, executives, and internal stakeholders; ensure programs and projects run on schedule and within budget; develop and maintain realistic project plans, knowledge of Sprinklr platform components, and high-level solutions; provide regular status and burn reports to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships. Must operate from the client site on a full-time basis in Doha, Qatar. Fluency in English required; Arabic desirable. Experience in enterprise SaaS programs, government/public-sector clients, multi-geo delivery, and strong communication/leadership skills. Certifications in Project Management (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, etc.) are valued. The role emphasizes leadership, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of software development life cycles within a complex, regulated environment.
