Job Summary
Program Manager for Springwell's Senior Care Options (SCO) and One Care department, overseeing contracts with six private health insurance companies and providing direct administrative and clinical supervision to four Supervisors and a team of about 20 service/care coordinators. Lead QA/QI activities to ensure compliance and pursue continuous quality improvement, maintain positive relationships with external clinical and fiscal partners, stay informed of changing program expectations, and provide leadership and direction to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Three years’ experience working with older and/or disabled adults
- Two years’ experience as a Supervisor or Program Manager
- Master’s degree preferred in Social Work or related field
