Program Manager, Sponsorships

Job Summary
Develop sponsorship proposals in partnership with Sales and ABM, ensuring programs are feasible and accurately scoped. Independently manage assigned sponsorship programs from post-sale handoff through launch, ongoing execution, reporting, and completion. Translate approved proposals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with internal teams, partners, and agencies. Serve as the day-to-day contact for advertisers and publishers, facilitating kickoffs, status meetings, and decision documentation. Proactively resolve execution challenges, track dependencies and risks, and identify upsell or renewal opportunities to drive revenue growth. Strengthen sponsorship operations by improving workflows, automation, and reporting visibility. Partner with Sales and leadership to validate campaign insights and coordinate technical solutions for tracking and product needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, account management, digital media, branded content, advertising, publishing, sponsorships, or a related field
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partner relationships
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze performance, and communicate clear recommendations
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or another relevant project or program management certification
- Experience managing integrated content sponsorships or digital advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with insertion orders, contractual deliverables, campaign reporting, publisher agreements, SEO, or AI and LLM visibility measurement
