Job Summary
Lead a team of Direct Support professionals supporting individuals with disabilities per their Person-centered Plans while operating the group home. Coordinate maintenance, ensure safety standards, manage budgeting, handle staff-related issues, and oversee vehicles. Maintain a valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Complete all required background clearances including fingerprinting, medical clearance, and Michigan Long-term Care screening. This role offers advancement opportunities within Spectrum Community Services, a non-profit providing life-enhancing support for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D or equivalent
- Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record
- Must have reliable and ongoing transportation
- Must complete all required background clearances

- 1 year of related experience preferred
