Job Summary
Program Manager for Social Work at Bronx Community Solutions oversees clinical operations for the ATI program, reviews assessments, coordinates treatment planning meetings, provides direct clinical support and crisis intervention, oversees day-to-day clinic operations, may supervise clinical team, schedules and facilitates team meetings, provides individual counseling and case management, supports crisis intervention and de-escalation, assists with clinical interventions, audits caseload compliance, collaborates with court stakeholders, supports data management and reporting, helps with community partnerships, and completes documentation in a database. Requires LMSW with 5+ years, SIFI certification eligibility, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong experience in trauma-informed care, mental health, and substance use; position located in Bronx, NY; full-time with compensation $68,485–$82,400 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- An LMSW with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- SIFI certified or eligible
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Excellent written skills
- Experience with trauma, substance use, mental health, domestic violence and/or sexual assault
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
- Skilled communicator in multi-disciplinary settings
- Extensive group facilitation experience (co-facilitation preferred)
- Experience with drug/alcohol treatment, mental health services, co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice preferred
- Ability to engage clients and address identity, oppression, and privilege in conversations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinking and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
