Job Summary
Lead cross-functional program initiatives from roadmap to execution, coordinating with diverse teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, scope requirements, and implement processes for scalable, cost-aware programs. Drive process optimization, monitor budgets, provide regular stakeholder updates, ensure appropriate allocation of resources, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate across commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and leadership to align efforts with business objectives. Must be highly organized, collaborative, and capable of navigating a fast-paced environment, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, travel as needed, and relocate as required. Eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis
- Ability to relocate as needed
