Job Summary
Build and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery of HMS services to Government clients in accordance with contract requirements. Oversee routine delivery, timelines, risks, issues, and overall program progress while assisting in scope expansion, sales, and implementations. Prepare, review, and maintain client deliverables, status reports, and program documentation to support client needs. Monitor progress toward business goals, budget expectations, and revenue targets, then identify and resolve significant issues impacting productivity. Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced personnel as needed. This fully remote position requires Eastern or Central time zone availability, occasional travel up to 10%, and application submission by August 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Advanced Excel skills
