Program Manager

Program Manager responsible for development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and acting as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading multiple project activities through lifecycles, planning scope and resources with cross-functional teams, developing deadlines and budgets, applying change/risk/resource management, resolving high-level issues, driving customer and team performance, implementing interventions to achieve goals, facilitating stakeholder communications, producing timely program status reports, and analyzing program risk. Skills focus on strong communication, organization, planning, time management, ethical standards, collaboration with suppliers and external customers, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
