Job Summary
Lead the successful launch of Zebra's products and solutions by generating and driving project plans for programs of moderate to significant scope. Collaborate with key stakeholders to nominate core team members from engineering, product management, marketing, and operations, while directly coordinating their work to ensure completion on schedule and within budget. Independently optimize timelines and budgets, manage risk plans, and proactively address moderate to significant obstacles with minimal management oversight. Provide tailored status updates to senior management, interpret consolidated program views, and coach Level 1 or Level 2 Program Managers. Operate with very limited supervision to define your path toward a fulfilling career while channeling skills toward causes you care about at Zebra.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Intermediate to advanced communication and facilitation skills
- Intermediate to advanced presentation skills
- Demonstrated comfort in presenting to mid to senior level cross functional audiences
- Demonstrated working knowledge of advanced concepts with program management approaches, tools and methodologies
- Intermediate to advanced skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office and MS Project
- Intermediate to advanced skills in delegation and follow up
- Demonstrated working knowledge / experience of technical business unit assigned to (Hardware, Software, Services, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Formal training preferred
- PMP certification preferred
