Job Summary
Oversee and manage Hope Network residential homes, including hiring, training, and coaching direct care workforce members to ensure consistent care. Ensure facilities meet licensing rules, accreditation standards, and contract requirements while developing budgets, allocating resources, and tracking financial reports. Conduct facility audits, review incident reports, and implement safety protocols including fire and evacuation drills. Manage workforce membering levels, monitor timesheets, and maintain positive relationships with funders, parents, and external agencies. Respond to emergencies on a 24/7 on-call basis and chair monthly workforce meetings. Maintain a valid driver's license and work independently with flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Regular and predictable attendance
- On-call twenty-four hours each day, seven (7) days each week
- Bachelor's Degree in a related area
- Minimum of four (4) years of fieldwork
- Fieldwork preferably in management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
- Demonstrated ability to select, train, coach, and manage a diverse team
- Prior employment experience in workforce member supervision and residential care
- Prior experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to schedule/plan work in advance and set effective and realistic timelines
- Knowledge of or ability to learn, the use of technological advances
- Valid motor vehicle operator license
- Driving records acceptable according to Hope Network policy
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours including occasional nights, holidays or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent employment experience in lieu of a degree
- Prior employment experience in workforce member supervision and residential care preferred
- Prior experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting preferred
