Job Summary
Lead complex engagements or projects within DHS or DoD, managing high-stakes, large-scale initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams, agencies, or contractors. Oversee property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and compliance with federal regulations and policies. Drive programmatic success and organizational change while ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements. Navigate diverse stakeholder interests and align with strategic goals. Requires at least 15 years of experience in DHS or DoD, including 10 years in Federal Real Property management, and PMP certification. Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience working within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD)
- Minimum 10 years of experience specifically focused on Federal Real Property management, including responsibilities such as property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and policies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- MA or MS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial related field
- PMP certification
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customer
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
