Job Summary
Lead program management for sustaining and new product development projects spanning hardware, embedded software, and software solutions. Connect strategy to execution by developing a near-term investment roadmap, defining scope, and collaborating with engineering and business teams to evaluate demand and capacity. Establish and maintain program roadmaps with dependencies and release plans while managing portfolio budgets, forecasting, and annual operating planning. Facilitate governance rhythms for portfolio reviews and monitor execution status across Project, Product, and Engineering Management teams. Produce program-level reporting and manage partner communications. Champion Lean Portfolio Management best practices using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Report to the Manager, Program Management on a hybrid schedule in Katowice, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in the EU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in project, program or portfolio management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland
- Work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
