Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, PSWs, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality integrated care in the community. Manage program development, design clinical workflows, and optimize service delivery using data-driven insights to enhance quality and achieve key outcomes. Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff while addressing safety and risk issues through monitoring of performance indicators. Collaborate with external health system stakeholders to support program design and ensure seamless care transitions. Requires current CNO RN certificate, minimum five years of nursing management experience, and a valid G driver's license. This six-month contract in Mississauga offers the opportunity to drive operational and clinical excellence within Spectrum Health Care's innovative home health model.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Manager
- Valid G driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
