Job Summary
Lead strategic acquisition initiatives to drive NTB growth in the Affluent segment, designing market penetration and sourcing strategies across channels. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure business delivery, governance, and process alignment; drive productivity and performance management across acquisition teams; leverage data-driven insights and customer segmentation to identify opportunities; partner with propositions, product, liability, assets and operations teams; monitor performance metrics and pipeline to achieve acquisition targets; build scalable CRM and customer campaigns for segment growth while ensuring compliance and governance across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Affluent Banking / Liability / NTB Acquisition / Branch Banking Sales
- Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
