Job Summary
Operationalize and manage Responsible AI processes for product features and devices, automating workflows to mature operational excellence and response SLAs. Engage the RAI community with organizational operations know-how while connecting RAI processes with related compliance domains to streamline collective compliance. Perform RAI reviews for legal and privacy teams to secure product approvals. Collaborate across feature, model, research, and design teams to ensure safe, compliant, and responsible development and deployment of innovations for major enterprises worldwide. This full-time remote role requires collaboration with Pacific time zone teammates and resides in specific US states.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years PM experience
- 2-3 years of experience working in compliance
- 1-2 years in Responsible AI or related fields (Privacy, Security, Digital Safety)
- 1+ year experience using generative AI technology in production use (e.g., data analysis, project management)
- Strong understanding of digital safety and security architectures and mitigations
- Experience in conducting RAI reviews
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with data scientists and product development teams
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience
- Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington
- Collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications: AI Governance Certification highly recommended (AIGP); other certifications a plus
