Job Summary
Program Manager will supervise Assistant Program Managers and staff across two residential homes, oversee program plans for persons served, manage finances and budgets for the homes and individuals, train staff to support our people served, complete documentation on meal plans and medication administration within our systems, hire and train new Direct Support Professionals, and create/manage Direct Support Schedules. The role requires leadership in a nonprofit residential setting, experience supervising teams, budget oversight, and a focus on delivering person-centered services to people with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of supervisory experience
- Designated Coordinator qualifications (degree options or equivalent experience in human services, education, or health)
- Four years full-time work experience (or related) under designated coordinator qualifications
- Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services, education, or health and four years full-time work experience under designated coordinator qualifications
