Job Summary
As a Residential Program Manager, you will ensure residents receive personalized care, inspire a team, create engaging activities, and manage household finances. Required qualifications include a relevant degree and experience in direct care for persons with disabilities or senior individuals. Strong communication skills and effective leadership are key. Additional preferred qualifications include fluency in American Sign Language.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 or older
- Associate's degree in a field related to human services and 2 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
- Diploma in a field related to human services and 3 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
- Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and 4 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
- Department of Human Services background clearance
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance
