Program Manager - Racks

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure requirements, timelines, and deliverables are on track for the Racks product line. Build and manage detailed project schedules and work plans; proactively identify risks and blockers and deploy mitigation plans. Communicate project status to stakeholders; implement change-management controls; ensure lessons learned are documented; govern projects according to NPDI phase-gate models. Balance product requirements with technical constraints and negotiate trade-offs; champion continuous improvement with meaningful metrics and tangible results. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical degree, 3-5 years in technical project management (or related experience), and strong leadership and communication skills. PM certifications are preferred (PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP). Travel ~15-20% is expected; working in the United States is authorized without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical degree or related experience
- At least 3-5 years in technical project management, or directly related experience
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Willingness to travel 15-20% domestic/international
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Understanding of Phase-Gate NPDI processes and terminology
