Job Summary
The Program Manager oversees operations and maintenance support for the TSEAS Inventory and Billing Information Application, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and effective contract performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT program or project management within the Federal or DoD environment.
- Proven experience managing complex IT O&M programs, including agile methodologies and enterprise system sustainment.
- Demonstrated experience providing training, mentoring, and performance oversight for cross-functional teams.
- Strong background coordinating with government stakeholders and ensuring compliance with contract and security requirements.
- Active CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Security+ certification (Security+ preferred).
- Active Secret Clearance (final) required at contract award.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CMMI, ITIL, or PMBoK methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and standard office automation tools.
