Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management or operations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to hire, train, and coach staff effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
- Demonstrated analytical, strategic planning, and process improvement skills.
- Strong comfort level with technology, including G Suite applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of program compliance, regulations, and subsidy funding.
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
- Previous experience working in a diverse work environment.
