Job Summary
Define and operate the standard provider lifecycle from sourcing through renewal, establishing clear stage gates, owners, and SLAs. Build and maintain the tiering framework to classify providers and determine their access levels. Transform one-off relationships into repeatable systems using templates, playbooks, and automated communications to scale without linear headcount. Execute program-wide operations such as re-papering providers, launching new tiers, and rolling out compliance attestations as a single coordinated motion. Operate the Model Provider Early Access Program and verified/certified tracks from intake to ongoing management. Maintain the operating cadence for reviews and reporting while partnering cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security to drive closure.
