Job Summary
Program Manager for DOE Hanford Field Office focusing on project controls within the Tank Waste Operations and Waste Treatment and Immobilization Project (WTP). Provides extensive specialized knowledge to major capital projects, including baseline integrity/vulnerability assessment analysis and mitigation; change proposal review and analysis; and oversight of earned value management (EVM) to recover cost and schedule and maintain baseline alignment. Supports HFO with performance projections, proposal reviews, and high-level analyses to guide contractor actions; develops recommendations for corrective actions; facilitates communication with stakeholders; and ensures compliance with DOE Hanford processes and relevant contracts (BNI/H2C). Requires senior-level program management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft 365.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA (or AA, MS, MBA, PhD, etc.) degree
- 8 years of experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree
- 15+ years of directly applicable successful experience consulting or contributing on complex capital projects
- Experience with researching and navigating complex federal regulations
