Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of Intensive Case Management Teams at Project-based Housing sites, including clinical supervision of case managers, crisis management, and coordination of services. Facilitate weekly team meetings, ensure accurate documentation and data collection, and manage program budget and staffing. Serve as the primary liaison between DHS HFH program staff and ICMS teams to maintain funder standards while collaborating with community partners to improve client safety. Provide 24-hour on-call support for emergency situations and client incidents.
Required Qualifications
- MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD
- Registered with CA BBS
- License eligible
- Two years' full-time experience working with the homeless
- Experience with mental illness
- Experience with substance addictions
- Able to provide direct supervision and management of assigned staff
- Detail oriented

Desired Qualifications

- Close to licensure
- Two years' supervisory experience
- Knowledge and experience in chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment
- Strong computer literacy
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed
