Job Summary
Lead school-year, after-school, and summer STEM programs while driving the implementation of the SPARK AmeriCorps initiative. Supervise program coordinators and staff, manage budgets and resources, and strengthen partnerships with schools and community organizations. Ensure grant and AmeriCorps compliance, oversee program data and evaluation, and improve systems for continuous operational excellence. Translate organizational plans into consistent execution across multiple communities. This operational leadership role supports Kids in Tech's mission to expand high-quality STEM education access for students in historically underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- at least five years of progressively responsible experience managing educational, nonprofit, youth development, or community programs
- successfully supervised staff and managed multiple projects simultaneously
- personally interpreted and implemented compliance requirements in a regulated environment-not simply followed existing procedures
