Job Summary
Coordinate program oversight, technology integration, and cross-functional processes from concept through fielding for Fighter and Advanced Aircraft capabilities. Lead analysis of warfighter requirements, trade-space evaluations, and lifecycle planning to support acquisition initiatives and science and technology investment decisions. Manage business relationships with Government offices, USAF commands, and contractors while preparing documentation for Program Management Reviews and working groups. Drive collaborative processes bridging capability needs to materiel solutions, including systems engineering assessments and early test strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
- 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD
