Job Summary

Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the Product Strategy & Development agenda, from problem definition and planning through execution and delivery. Structure complex business challenges by identifying stakeholders, defining objectives, building implementation plans, and ensuring rigorous follow-through. Act as a trusted partner to Product leadership by creating clarity, preparing decisions, and driving solutions for dependencies, risks, and blockers. Define and track success metrics to align initiative outcomes with strategic goals while building networks across the wider organization to influence stakeholders and drive sustainable change. Continuously improve ways of working and contribute best practices in program management. This permanent role in Stockholm reports to the Managing Director of Product Strategy & Development.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or corporate strategy, transformation or business development roles
  • proven track record of leading complex strategic cross-functional initiatives
  • delivering measurable business outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working across multiple business functions

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
