Job Summary
Lead the Extended Operations Team (Supply Management, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Development, Packaging, and Supply Chain) to ensure on-time and on-budget progression through the new product development cycle. Champion the Voice of Operations (VOO) and drive planning and execution to align scope, schedule, and budget between operations and core teams. Track and manage Operations KPIs (Predictive LBM’s, Predictive RTY’s, Capacity Planning, BOM Readiness) and demonstrate strong financial acumen with direct expense, capital, unit pricing, and free cash flow management. Lead Design Transfer and Commercial Build Readiness to ensure quality system compliance and production readiness for successful product launches. Communicate effectively to influence Extended Operations and Core Teams; coach and develop team members; provide performance feedback. Integrate Design for Reliability & Manufacturability (DRM) and apply structured problem-solving methods and predictive engineering principles. Negotiate trade-offs; collaborate with Operating Unit and Global Operations to foster cross-functional and cross-site relationships. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 3 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications include 3+ years of managerial experience, PMP or Six Sigma credentials, and experience in medical device product development.
Required Qualifications

- Experience as a Program Manager leading large scale new product development programs
- Medical Device product development or operations experience with catheters, sheaths or other disposable medical devices
- Program Management experience (PMP Certified), DRM, DFSS or Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
