Own the Product Legal Program execution for Databricks, acting as the central driver to track compliance rollouts and manage cross-functional workstreams. Design Jira workflows and automations to assign tickets, build data-driven dashboards, and optimize workflows. Build and maintain next-gen AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to automate repetitive legal tasks and scale institutional knowledge. Translate complex legal requirements into repeatable project plans and automated guardrails for engineering and product teams, while maintaining leadership-facing dashboards and metrics. Collaborate with senior counsel to drive proactive continuous improvement and scale the legal organization in a fast-growing product environment.
