Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs enhancing the prior authorization SaaS platform and manage multi-stakeholder operational projects across the organization. Develop roadmaps, track timelines, and drive execution with product, engineering, operations, and client-facing teams while identifying process improvements for efficiency and scalability. Support contract management, including status tracking, reviews, and ensuring timely renewals and compliance. Manage resource planning through capacity tracking, forecasting, and cross-team coordination. Lead initiatives to improve product adoption, workflow efficiency, and client satisfaction within this leading healthcare management technology company serving nation's largest health plans and PBMs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in program management, product operations, or implementation within healthcare technology,including at an enterpriseSaas company
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple prioritiesin a face-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Highly self-motivated, professional, take-charge attitude with humility and integrity
- Remote/Hybrid with 10% travel to Parsippany, NJ
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with prior authorizations at a health plan, PBM, or UM organization
- Experience withPAHub(preferred) or another enterprise PA platform
- Familiarity withSDLC
- Background in pharmacy benefit management, medical benefit management, or healthcare operations
- PMP, Agile, or Lean certification
