Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team of Category Specialists, overseeing regular sales business reviews to ensure effective plan execution and target achievement. Manage retail and digital print vendor relationships, including quality control, SLA deliverables, invoice reconciliation, and promotional forecasting. Stay abreast of industry trends to guide the team in creating business value and responding to market threats. Own the execution of sales and margin plans for omni-channel operations while collaborating with Marketing, Retail, Digital, and Sales partners to develop strategies driving traffic and conversion. Support strategic program development for Core Print, Signage, Business Marketing Collateral, and Custom Photo Products categories.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary degree/diploma with a focus in business, retail management or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of progressive retail category management & operations experience
- Financial acumen to deliver on business goals
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Corporate retail operations
- Knowledge of ecommerce and marketing
- Knowledge of marketing and digital media channels to drive sales
- Track record of implementation and execution of category growth plans
