Job Summary
Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively; establishes proper relationships between customers; responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities; coordinates resolutions to production-related problems; ensures timely, complete, and high-quality problem identification and resolutions; provides corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors; ensures customer satisfaction and professional ethics of contractor personnel; monitors funds and prepares contract administrative and financial data; ensures required manpower support levels throughout the period of performance of the task order.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience related to the labor category (with at least a portion in the last 2 years)
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor-category activities to meet mission requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Master’s degree in a related field or Bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree
- Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain one
