Job Summary

Lead galley programs and associated airline projects to ensure efficient delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external customers, overseeing multiple projects, managing resources, risks, and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement. Coach cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Aftermarket, and Business Development to deliver complex aerospace programs. Manage program P&L through effective budget control, forecasting, and supplier management while directing execution of program plans, milestones, and schedules. Drive proactive management of scope, risks, and opportunities, identifying conflicts and finding win-win solutions. Embed a culture of continuous improvement and lessons learned to optimize efficiency, quality, and delivery performance. This 14-month FTC role requires hybrid presence of at least three days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in program & project management
  • Experience in managing programs from the manufacturing industry
  • Good knowledge of NPI Product Lifecycle and new product development
  • Experience in a process driven environment, working to recognised standards or regulations
  • This is a 14 month FTC role with a possibility of becoming perm
  • This role is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be on-site for minimum of 3 days a week

Desired Qualifications

  • A STEM Degree
  • PM certification such as Prince 2 / PMP etc
  • Proven people leadership in a matrix organisation
  • External & Internal customer exposure experience – minimum of two years
  • Proven high proficiency on MS Excel and general proficiency in MS office and Project (or similar)
  • Management of metrics, dashboard creation and clear reporting skills
  • A high aptitude for problem solving, particularly where negotiations in priorities are concerned
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure in a busy environment
