Job Summary
Develop and document SPIDR system, application, and data requirements while managing activities for project initiation, tracking, and IT standards. Gather technical and business requirements with strong communication skills, prioritizing work to address issues timely. Support Sailor performance improvement through tailored training, skills enhancement, and career advancement resources. Maintain readiness for operational demands and provide comprehensive educational opportunities. Requires six years of PMP experience in government, preferably Navy, with Secret Clearance eligibility. Bachelors degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of six years direct experience as a PMP within a gov't sector
- preferably the US Navy
- Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
- Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program
- strong communication skills
- ability to prioritize work effectively
- ability to address issues in a timely manner
