Job Summary
Program Manager (PMO) to oversee a portfolio of related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving successful delivery through governance, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Defines program scope and success criteria, monitors project details for portfolio tracking, establishes governance structures per CCEAP standards, and manages interdependent projects with escalation handling. Responsibilities include stakeholder management with CCEAP technology PMO and cross-functional teams, resource optimization across projects, KPI and milestone reporting, adherence to PMO standards, and leading organizational change initiatives in a hybrid-remote contract role based in BGC Taguig, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in PMO or Program Manager.
